Priyanka Chopra cuddles Malti in Daughter’s Day post, shares unseen pic with late father

Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram and shared a picture of herself cuddling daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. The Diva was a day late to wish herself and her daughter a Happy Daughter’s Day but believes every day is a celebration with her. She also shared an unseen picture with her late father, Dr Ashok Chopra, on the occasion.

The actor captioned the collage of the two pictures, “A day late but it’s always International Daughter’s Day in my book.” She also added Stevie Wonder’s song ‘Isn’t She Lovely’ to it.

Priyanka and Nick welcomed Malti earlier this year. The couple surprised fans in January by revealing that they’ve welcomed a baby girl via surrogacy. It was in May that they revealed the baby was prematurely born and spent close to five months in NICU. She was brought home on Mother’s Day and the proud parents shared her first look on the same day.

Priyanka is currently relaxing after hosting the Global Citizen Festival in New York on Saturday. Husband-singer Nick Jonas had also performed at the event with his brothers Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas. Nick also gave a super cute intro of his wife  as he invited her on stage.

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will be seen in Russo Brothers’ web series Citadel co-starring Richard Madden. She also has It’s All Coming Back To Me and Ending Things  and Jee Le Zaraa in the pipeline.
