Priyanka Chopra invited to the White House by US President Barack Obama

Priyanka Chopra is all set to add another successful feather to her cap. The actress has already been a name to reckon with, Internationally and now she is all set to make her mark at the White House.

Yes, you heard it right. Priyanka has now been invited to the White House to attend the annual correspondents dinner later this month. This is going to be the last White House Correspondents Dinner to be hosted by US President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.

Priyanka will be joining the likes of Hollywood stars Bradley Cooper, Lucy Liu, Jane Fonda and Gladys Knight, who too are going to be a part of the evening. But, one hears that PeeCee is yet to confirm her presence at the event, due to her date issues. According to the Washington Post, while the White House Correspondents dinner is basically for mediapersons, TV networks who share corporate parentage with entertainment divisions wind up with “talent” at the table.

This is just so exciting too hear and we hope Priyanka does manage to make it to the White house.
