After Priyanka Chopra, now Katrina Kaif approached for PT Usha’s biopic?

It’s the era of biopics in Bollywood and it looks like it is not stopping anytime soon. The filmmakers are coming up with more and more ideas to make a good profit with biopics these days.

There are speculations that Katrina Kaif will play PT Usha in the first ever biopic of her career. Reportedly, the film was also offered to Priyanka Chopra earlier but they couldn’t bring her on board for this project as Priyanka is currently committed to her Hollywood projects. The film will be directed by Revathi S Verma, who is famous for directing south films and ad films.

Reportedly, Katrina has been in talks with director Revathy S Verma and apparently, the director has also flown down to Mumbai from Bengaluru to meet the ‘Bharat’ actress.

If the speculations are true, then it’s not for the first time when Katrina Kaif is stepping in Priyanka Chopra’s shoes. Earlier, Priyanka Chopra was set to portray the love interest of Salman Khan in ‘Bharat’. Later, PeeCee stepped out of the project and now Katrina Kaif is all set fpr the release of her film ‘Bharat’.

However, if Katrina Kaif officially comes on board for this film, it will surely be a career-changing film for her.
