Priyanka Chopra’s to-be sister-in-law Ishita Kumar is recovering from painful surgery – view pics

Last year, Priyanka Chopra got married in a fairytale wedding to American singer-songwriter Nick Jonas. This year, the Chopra family is gearing up for yet another wedding. Yes, PeeCee’s younger brother Siddharth Chopra is all set to marry his fiancee Ishita Kumar.

The couple got engaged in February this year. The ‘Barfi’ actress recently arrived in Mumbai to attend the wedding of her brother. However, there’s bad news. Siddharth’s fiancee Ishita recently underwent surgery and is currently recuperating.

Ishita shared pics from the hospital after undergoing surgery. Posting the pics, she captioned them as, “Recovering from surgery.” She also revealed that it was a very painful operation and now that it is over, she is extremely glad.

Her followers and well-wishers soon started pouring ‘Get Well Soon’ messages in the comments section. And just like them, even we are wondering what happened to her just a few days before the wedding? Still, if recent reports are anything to go by then, by the end of this month, Siddharth and Ishita are supposed to tie the knot.
