Priyanka Chopra spills the beans on the “Chal na Katrina” line in ‘Baywatch’ trailer

Have you seen the new trailer of Priyanka Chopra-starrer ‘Baywatch’? Also, you should be seeing both the English and the Hindi version of the trailer as there’s a stark difference in the dialogues and well, we must say that the Hindi trailer is way more amusing than the English one. Being an all-rounder, Priyanka has dubbed for both English and Hindi versions. One of the dialogues in the English version has her saying, “Easy, Britney”. Whereas, in the Hindi version, she has replaced the name with Katrina Kaif’s name. Yes, she is heard saying, “Chal na, Katrina” and that’s what has called for a lot of attention. The dialogue seems quite funny when you hear it! Even while sharing the trailer, PeeCee had the tagline #ChalNaKatrina in the caption. She had posted, “When it’s in Hindi… it’s actually even more fun! #ChalNaKatrina #GirlLove #BeBaywatch #VictoriaLeeds.”

Well, Priyanka was recently quizzed by a leading news channel as to why did she change the name to Katrina. She said, “I couldn’t think of anyone else. Britney is such a huge star. So I had to find a modern day icon. I think Katrina Kaif is a major icon of Hindi cinema and I really really like her. This was my idea and I thought that it would be a fun replacement, and Katrina was really cool about it. I texted her before the trailer came out and she was like ‘yeah, of course.’ So I think she obviously saw the humour in it. I am really glad it has become so popular, it’s my girl love homage to Katrina.”

Priyanka has gone back to the USA after a quick visit to India. Her Hollywood debut movie ‘Baywatch’ will be releasing on May 25, 2017.
