Priyanka Chopra talks about being irreplaceable, catfights and more!

Priyanka Chopra is busy juggling multiple projects. Her success reaches the sky and there’s nothing that can stop this lady from conquering the world. But all this has come only after sweating and slogging to make it big in the industry.

Like some others, Priyanka didn’t enter the Bollywood industry with the help of a Godfather. She had to put in her heart and soul in order to make a position for herself in the industry and well, her efforts did pay off! She is now irreplaceable in the industry. This reminds us, the word ‘Irreplaceable’ was topic of discussion in her latest interview. She revealed that during her struggling period a producer told her that actresses are replaceable.

She was quoted saying, “When I was relatively new in the industry, I was in talks with a producer, who wanted to cast me in his film. But, due to some date issues, it didn’t work out. He told me, that he will either cast someone else or will launch a new actor, because actresses are replaceable. That got stuck in my head. Now, I jokingly tell him that I am irreplaceable. I made a deliberate effort to become irreplaceable.”

Apart from this, she also spoke about catfights in the industry. She said, “Women get reduced to catfights. Look at today’s girls; they are so confident. When two actors are close to each other, people call it a bromance. But that’s never the case with actresses, as we are only associated with catfights. I have shared good relationships with all my female co-stars. I believe they are all very secure and confident about their position in the industry.”
