Priyanka Chopra to Play Behna For Ranveer Singh

Zoya Akhtar’s dream project , a story based on siblings for which she had approached real life cousins Ranbir and Kareena Kapoor to depict could not materialize . Ranbir Kapoor could not allot the dates and Kareena was apprehensive of playing Ranveer Singh who was signed instead of Ranbir Kapoor’s sister,”When Zoya began writing the script, she thought of getting Kareena and Ranbir together. Kareena was extremely excited to play Ranbir’s screen sister. But with Ranveer stepping in, she is now having second thoughts.”

As per sources,Priyanka Chopra who stars opposite Ranveer Singh in Gunday has been signed to play the role of Ranveer Singh’s sister in the movie.Looks like Ranveer Singh’s dream of working with Kareena Kapoor hasn’t materialized , earlier too they were to work in Ramleela but then too Bebo had opted out and Deepika Padukone had stepped in.

No worries Ranveer have some patience, it will be rewarded.
