Priyanka Chopra wins the internet with her witty response to a fan who asked why he wasn’t invited to her wedding

Actress Priyanka Chopra married the love of her life, American actor and singer Nick Jonas, in 2018 at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. It was one of the most lavish Indian weddings where families of both sides, friends and relatives had a blast. Right from the dance performances to the decoration, everything was worth talking about, all the Indian rituals from Sangeet to Haldi were done nicely.

Recently during Priyanka Chopra’s Q&A session on Twitter, a fan asked her why she didn’t invite him to her wedding even though he was in Jodhpur at that time. Read on to know what the Barfi! actress replied.

“Why was I not invited for the wedding? I was in fact in Jodhpur around that time,” the fan asked. To this Priyanka gave a genuine yet hilarious reply to his query as she wrote, “I’m sorry @santoshpatnaik I guess I don’t know you so that could have been a contributing factor.” She followed it up with a laughter emoji.

Priyanka was recently seen in the Netflix film The White Tiger, which she has also executive-produced. Starring Adarsh Gourav, the Ramin Bahrani film also features Rajkummar Rao and Mahesh Manjrekar. Gourav bagged a BAFTA nomination in the Best Actor category for the film, while Bahrani is nominated in the Best Adapted Screenplay category at the BAFTAs and the Oscars. The actress will be next seen in Matrix 4 starring Keanu Reeves in lead and also in the biopic of Ma Anand Sheela in her kitty.

Meanwhile, Priyanka’s new venture, an Indian theme restaurant called Sona, has also opened in New York City. It became operational on March 26. The actress says she has poured her love for Indian food into this restaurant. With Sona, Priyanka has collaborated with her friends Maneesh Goyal and David Rabin. Earlier, PeeCee had shared a few photographs from Sona where she can be seen performing a puja together with her husband Nick Jonas.
