Get ready for Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra’s face-off

After the news of many Bollywood biggies pitting against each other at the box office, 2018 was regarded as the year of clashes. However, the scenario is going to be the same in 2019, as well. The news of Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Super 30’ locking horns with Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Manikarnika-The Queen Of Jhansi’  had surfaced recently, though it wasn’t confirmed by either of the two parties.

But, we have got an interesting info about another clash, which is confirmed too. The two movies in question are Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’ featuring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt; and Priyanka Chopra’s Hollywood project ‘Isn’t It Romantic’. The two big projects will battle it out on Valentine’s Day, 2019. Ranveer Singh and PeeCee have earlier worked together in ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and it will be interesting to see the two good friends pitted against each other this time.

Talking about ‘Gully Boy’, the film is based on the life of Naezy aka Naved Shaikh, who is a gully rapper from the Kurla slum. It is produced by Tiger Baby and Excel Entertainment. Zoya Akhtar’s directorial also features Kalki Koechlin.

On the other hand, Priyanka’s international venture is a romantic-comedy, surrounding the life of an architect. ‘Isn’t It Romantic’ features popular Hollywood actors Liam Hemsworth, Rebel Wilson, and Adam Devine.
