‘Mirzapur 2’ actor Priyanshu Painyuli tied the knot with his long time girlfriend Vandana Joshi on November 26. Their wedding ceremonies took place in Dehradun on Thursday. Given the Covid-19 pandemic, the wedding was an intimate affair with just the close ones around. Pictures from Priyanshu and Vandana’s wedding have been making the rounds of the internet and it looks like straight out of a movie

The wedding outfits were pink-themed as Priyanshu was seen wearing a pink kurta churidaar and his lady love was wearing a pink embellished lehenga. Sharing a video of his grand entry, Priyanshu wrote on his Instagram stories, “Taking my beautiful wife away. And we head together towards our beautiful new phase.”

Priyanshu and Vandana were extra cautious about their guests as their wedding invites entailed, a mask, hand sanitizer, PPE Kits, tablets, and air sanitisers among other things. In an interview with IANS, Priyanshu had said, “Amidst rising cases, we want our guests to be safe and feel secure. We want everyone to have a great time.”

He further added, “We have employed a specialist team and have the strictest health and hygiene restrictions in place. The gathering will have minimal people, only the permissible number by the authorities. Most of our friends will be live streaming the actual event. But for those who are here, they are entirely our responsibility and we will take care of them in the best way possible.”
