WHAT! Fukrey 3 has a ‘special connection’ with Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan? Pulkit Samrat REVEALS

Currently, Fukrey actor Pulkit Samrat is basking in the glorious success of the recently released film Fukrey 3. Released on 28 September, Fukrey 3 is successfully rolling in the theatres, attracting chunks of the audience, despite running parallelly with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. Jawan was released on 7 September and has shattered the box office.

Recently, actor Pulkit Samrat has revealed that SRK has been an inspiration for him and how he has admired King Khan’s Jawan.

Pulkit Samrat reveals the connection between Jawan and Fukrey 3

In an interview with Bollywood Spy, Fukrey 3 actor Pulkit Samrat praised Jawan and said, “Jawan is fantastic, it’s a celebration. I think, the biggest entertainer that we have seen so far. It’s a celebration. There’s no other word for it.”

Further, he also opened up about the special connection between Fukrey 3 and Jawan. He said, “Jawan has a very special connection with us because ek toh humara trailer usme chala hai. It got attached with Shah Rukh sir’s film and it has been watched by so many people. It really helped us to reach the masses and everybody in the country.”

He added, “But I really feel a lot of gratitude in my heart because jab mai Delhi se aa raha tha I was nobody. And Dilli ke laundon ke liye sabse badi inspiration hoti hai ki yaar Shah Rukh Khan naam ka ek insaan Delhi se nikal ke aaj duniya ka badshaah hai. He is the Badshah of Bollywood, the king of Bollywood. Unse inspire hoke yeh Delhi ka launda aaj yaha pahuncha aur aaj unki film me humari film ka trailer chal raha hai, so that connect, I feel very blessed (Today as a Delhi boy, I am inspired by SRK to have reached here and our film’s trailer being attached to his film)”

Helmed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, Fukrey 3 boasts an ensemble star cast of Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Manjot Singh, and Richa Chadha. The recently released film is a comic caper and the third installment to the much-loved Fukrey franchise.

Meanwhile, Jawan is helmed by Atlee and stars Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra and Priyamani among others. Jawan marks the first Bollywood-directed film of Atlee. It also marks Nayanthara’s debut in Bollywood.
