Radhe Shyam: Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s romantic saga gets a new release date

Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s highly anticipated film Radhe Shyam was scheduled to hit the silver screens on July 30, 2021. However owing to the pandemic, the film’s release date got pushed. Today, much to the delight of Prabhas’ fans the makers of Radhe Shyam have announced its new release date. Unveiling a new poster of Radhe Shyam, Prabhas announced that his romantic saga will now release on Janaury 14, 2022.

For the longest time, fans have been waiting to know when will Radhe Shyam finally release. Putting all speculations to rest, Prabhas dropped a brand new poster of his film. Alongside the poster he wrote, “Can’t wait for you all to watch my romantic saga, #RadheShyam, which has a brand new release date – 14th January, 2022 worldwide!(sic).” In the new poster, Prabhas is looking suave in his suited-booted look.

By releasing on January 14, i.e. on the occasion of Sankranti, Radhe Shyam is now all set to clash with Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata. Now that’s something to look forward too. After all Prabhas and Mahesh Babu enjoy a huge fan-following so it will be exciting to see how their films fare at the box-office.

Written and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, Radhe Shyam was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages. The film also features Satyaraj, Bhagyashree, Kunal Roy Kapoor, Jagapati Babu, Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murli Sharma, Shasha Chettri, Priyadarshi, Riddhi Kumar Satyan among others. The film will release in 5 different languages- Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
