Is that your phone ringing? Be quick to pick up, it might be none other than actress Radhika Apte on the other side.
Surprised? Don’t be. The makers of Apte’s latest release ‘Phobia’ have come up with a unique strategy to engage with 1 crore potential viewers. If you are among the 1 crore, you are likely to receive a phone call and be addressed by Mahek (Apte’s name in the film).
We have to admit; the voice message is scary. It talks about a girl who suffers from Agoraphobia and thus is scared to step out of the house. At the end of the call, ‘Mahek’ will request you to help her!
Isn’t it a unique idea to promote the film and provoke the listener’s curiosity?
‘Phobia’ is directed by Pawan Kripalani, who has also helmed projects like ‘Ragini MMS’ and ‘Darr@The Mall’.
