Radhika Madan heads to sets for the first time post lockdown; shares experience with pics

Radhika Madan who was last seen on the big screen in Angrezi Medium had been enjoying some me-time at her home in Delhi during the lockdown. But as the situation started getting better, the actress decided to return back to the bay, and soon she also resumed work. However, with some pandemic guidelines easing down, Radhika went out to shoot on a couple of sets for the first time after five-six months. Fulfilling her work commitments, Radhika had some brand shoots and even a magazine shoot, and it was all done in the new normal style with all necessary precautions.

Sharing her experience about shooting post-pandemic, Radhika shares, “On sets, everyone is taking the necessary precautions, the crew is limited and it feels quite safe. I feel this is how the new normal will be.” Radhika also added how she felt shooting after so many months, “I loved it, the moment I entered the set, I realized how much I missed being on one. It was fun, but also pretty taxing to shoot back to back, but I live for this.” Have a look at some of the pictures from the shoot right here:

However, getting back on the set in the new normal was also different in a way for Radhika, especially in terms of shooting, sharing what was the weirdest thing about shooting in the ‘new normal’, Radhika said, “Now, we are not used to shooting for so many hours, so it takes time to get back into the zone to shoot non-stop. Also, it felt very weird when I couldn’t hug my team on seeing them after 5-6 months, due to social distancing, but nothing can beat seeing people in those suits and realizing if it is the new normal.”

On the work front, Radhika will be next seen on the big screen in the movie ‘Shiddat’.
