Raghav Juyal who was recently seen in the movie, Yudhra, has opened up about his intense character. The movie was released on 20th September, the actor shares how the character has impacted his life.
Raghav Juyal was seen playing the role of the antagonist of the action thriller, Yudhra. In his latest interview with Mid-Day, Juyal shares that his role was so intense that he had to disconnect from everything. The experience impacted Raghav Juyal to lead to go back home for a while. Raghav Juyal on Yudhra’s role
The dancer-turned-actor shared in the interview, “Portraying such a dark and intense character in Yudhra was a unique experience for me. I had to push my own boundaries. I engaged in behaviour that was far from my usual self. This process was intense and, at times, unsettling. After we wrapped up the shoot, I realised how much the role had impacted me on a psychological level. I felt an overwhelming need to disconnect and heal.”
Further added, “My family noticed the change in my behaviour and was concerned. It made me realise how deeply I had immersed myself in the character. This was the first time I attempted a role like this, even though I had done Kill. It was a challenging but rewarding experience.”
Raghav Juyal has previously earned critical acclaim for his menacing performance in Nikhil Nagesh Bhat’s “Kill”, released earlier this year. The film, also starring Lakshya and Tanya Maniktala, was a commercial success, grossing over ₹20 crore at the box office.
In contrast, Siddhant Chaturvedi takes on a solo lead role in the upcoming film “Yudhra”, marking his first solo lead release. Directed by Ravi Udyawar, the movie also stars Malavika Mohanan, Gajraj Rao, Ram Kapoor, and Raj Arjun. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, and Sudha Anukta, “Yudhra” promises to be an exciting new venture for the young actor.
