Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty file a defamation case of Rs 100 cr against a businessman!

Of late, a lot is being said and done about Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty‘s professionalism. Reports had it that the couple has apparently cheated a textile firm owner of a whopping Rs 24 Lakhs. The textile owner had then filed a case against the couple in the Bhiwandi police station. Post this, Shilpa and Raj acquired an interim anticipatory bail from the Thane session court. An update on this case is that, Shilpa and Raj, have now filed a defamation case against vendor Ravi Mohanlal Bhalotia, who publicly called them a cheat, just for some extra media coverage.

Shilpa and Raj have slapped a defamation notice of Rs 100 cr on Ravi Mohanlal Bhalotia. Confirming the same, Raj Kundra’s spokesperson said, “Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty Kundra have slapped a defamation notice for Rs.100 crore on Ravi Mohanlal Bhalotia . A quashing petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court as they have tight contracts signed and have been responsibly following the laws of the land”.
