In a recent development in Raj Kundra case, the Mumbai Police summoned actor Sherlyn Chopra in the investigation of the pornography racket in which Raj has been arrested. She has been asked to appear before the Property Cell of the Mumbai Crime Branch for questioning in the case.
Earlier, Sherlyn had approached the Bombay High Court, seeking anticipatory bail. However, the court rejected the plea. That was after she had been summoned for questioning by the Mumbai Crime Branch on Tuesday.
The Mumbai Crime Branch had started investigating the case in February this year. In her plea Chopra reportedly claimed that she was apprehending arrest in a case filed under IPC sections 292, 293 (sale of obscene material), as well as relevant provisions the Information Technology Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.

As per reports, actor-model Sagarika Shona Suman too was summoned for questioning in the case.
Sherlyn had earlier spoken quite a lot against Raj and hence it remains to be seen what she says as a part of her official statement in the case.
