Raj Kundra transfers property worth THIS whopping amount to wife Shilpa Shetty: Report

Raj Kundra has reportedly transferred his apartments to his wife Shilpa Shetty. The property is worth Rs. 38.5 crores, a report suggests. Kundra, the business tycoon, who was arrested and released on bail in the pornography case, has transferred a total of 5 flats in the building named Ocean View located in Juhu along with the entire basement to Shilpa as per the documents accessed by Squarefeatindia.com.

A report in India Today stated that founder of SquareFeatIndia.com, Varun Singh said that the total area transferred by Raj Kundra to Shilpa Shetty is of around 5,996 square feet. It is said to be the house shown as Shilpa and Raj’s current address.

Shilpa, reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.9 crore on the transfer deed. The documents were reportedly registered on January 21, 2022. The report also states that the transfer was valued at estimated Rs 65,000 per sq ft. at the current market rate.

Shilpa and Raj have not yet commented on it.

Recently, Shilpa and Raj were spotted in the city as they stepped out to attend Shamita Shetty’s birthday bash. They walked hand-in-hand.

On the work front, Shilpa was last seen in Hungama 2, that also featured Meezan, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and others. She is currently co-judging India’s Got Talent on Sony TV with Kirron Kher and rapper Badshah. She has Nikamma with Abhimanyu Dassani, Shirley Setia and Sunil Grover in her kitty.
