FIRST PICS of Raj Kundra walking out of Mumbai Jail after securing bail in porn case

Shilpa Shetty’s husband, businessman Raj Kundra made his first appearance after he was granted bail in the pornography case. Raj Kundra was released on Tuesday, September 21, from a Mumbai jail. He was clicked walking out of Arthur road jail in Mumbai. The businessman was clicked while leaving for home from the jail. He was accompanied by a police official during his exit from the jail. Raj Kundra was clicked sitting in his car and leaving for home, in the pictures from the location.

The businessman was granted bail on Monday, days after he moved a bail application in a Mumbai court. Raj Kundra’s bail application cited that he was being made a ‘scapegoat’ and that there was no single evidence in the supplementary charge sheet of him being involved actively in the porn case. Kundra was released from Arthur Road Jail, a day after he was granted bail by a Mumbai court. The businessman walked out of jail, over two months after his arrest in the porn case.

Along with Raj Kundra, Ryan Thorpe, who was arrested in the pornography case, was granted bail on September 20. Kundra was granted bail on the surety of Rs 50,000. Raj was arrested on July 19 and booked under the sections of the IPC and Information Technology Act. Later, he was sent to judicial custody. 

Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty had visited the Vaishno Devi shrine recently, on the same day the charge sheet in the porn case was filed by the Mumbai police. The actress was accompanied by her friend and they were clicked at the airport. She even welcomed Lord Ganesha at her home this year, and celebrated the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi, following yearly traditions.
