Rajeev Sen reacts to Sushmita Sen-Lalit Modi’s relationship: Wasn’t aware of it at all

Former chairman of Indian Premier League (IPL), Lalit Modi surprised everyone on Thursday when he posted romantic pics of himself with Sushmita Sen on social media. He addressed her as his ‘better looking partner’ in the post that sparked their wedding rumours. Later, he clarified that they are ‘just dating’. Now, Sushmita’s brother Rajeev Sen has reacted to the news.

Rajeev told ETimes, “I am pleasantly surprised. I will speak to my sister before I say anything. I wasn’t aware of it at all. My sister is yet to confirm this from her end, so, I can’t comment as of now.”

On July 14, Lalit Mod shared several pictures with Sushmita from their recent holiday and also some old pictures of both. One pic also featured his wife Minal with both. He wrote, “Just back in london after a whirling global tour #maldives # sardinia with the families – not to mention my #better looking partner @sushmitasen47 – a new beginning a new life finally. Over the moon. ??????????.” He added, “In love does not mean marriage YET. BUT ONE THAT BY GODS GRACE WILL HAPPEN. I JUST ANNOUNCED THAT WE ARE TOGETHER ??”

Last year in December, Sushmita announced her and model-boyfriend Rohman Shawl’s break-up via an Instagram post. She wrote, “We began as friends, we remain friends! The relationship was long over… The love remains,” with the hashtags #nomorespeculations #liveandletlive #cherishedmemories #gratitude #love #friendship ?❤️?

Recently, in a conversation with Twinkle Khanna, the former Miss Universe revealed that she came close to getting married thrice, adding, “all three times God saved me. I can’t tell you what disasters followed with their respective lives. God protected me, also because God is protecting these two kids, he can’t let me get into a messy affair. ”
