Rajiv Kapoor passes away: Kareena Kapoor arrives at his residence with Karisma Kapoor and mom Babita

Rajiv Kapoor aka Chimpu passed away today. Chimpu was 58 years old and he suffered a heart attack. Randhir Kapoor confirmed the news as well and told Times of India, “I have lost my youngest brother, Rajiv. He is no more. The doctors tried their best but could not save him.” Kareena was spotted at Rajiv’s Chembur house with her sister Karisma Kapoor and mother Babita as well.

Kareena looked grim as she was seen wearing a white kurta with black leggings with a blue dupatta. The actress was seen heading off with her mother and sister.

Kareena took to her Instagram account and mourned her uncle’s death. She shared a picture of the Kapoor Brothers. The caption read, “Broken but strong ? (sic).”

The Kapoor family lost another member after Rishi Kapoor. This is surely a very sad time for the family. The Kapoor’s were seen arriving at Rajiv’s Chembur residence to pay their last respects. As per a report in Time of India, Randhir took Rajiv to Inlaks Hospital but the doctors declared him dead on arrival. Rajiv was seen in movies like Ram Teri Ganga Maili, Ek Jaan Hain Hum, Aasmaan, Lover Boy, Zabardast and Hum To Chale Pardes.
