Patralekhaa on Rajkummar: I saw him through his struggles, never giving up. How could we not fall for each other?

Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa’s love story got featured on an Instagram page ‘Humans Of Bombay’ today where the actress revealed about her first impression of Rajkummar, on working together and a lot more. She said that Raj first saw her in an advertisement and he instantly thought of ‘marrying her’.

Talking about how they fell for each other, Patralekhaa said, “It was magic. The kind of passion he had was powerful and I couldn’t respect him any more than I did then! We spoke about our work, love for cinema, passion… I saw him through his struggles, never giving up. How could we not fall for each other?”

Towards the last part, the post read as: “We’re equals–when an article said, ‘Rajkumar with his girlfriend, Patralekhaa’, he retweeted–‘Patralekhaa with her boyfriend Rajkummar.”

Unlike other couples, Rajkummar and Patralekhaa have never shied away to talk about their relationship in the public domain. Patralekhaa made her debut in Bollywood opposite Raj in ‘CityLights’. She was also seen in ‘Love Games’ and ‘Nanu Ki Jaanu’.

Rajkummar is gearing up for his next release ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’. Also, he will be seen in ‘Mental Hai Kya’ opposite Kangana Ranaut. He also has ‘Made In China’ and ‘Imli’ in the pipeline.
