RajKummar Rao has reportedly purchased a new home in Mumbai. As per the reports, the Hit: The First Case actor has bought the luxury triplex apartment, that was previously owned by Janhvi Kapoor. For the unversed, Janhvi had purchased the luxury apartment in December 2020. During the purchase, the Good Luck Jerry actress made headlines for becoming amongst the youngest actors in Bollywood to buy a lavish home in Mumbai.
As per reports, Janhvi had bought the house for 39 crore in 2020 and in less than two years, the actress has sold it. The report stated that RajKummar Rao and his wife Patralekhaa have shelled out Rs 43.87 crore for his plus new home.
A report in SquareFeatIndia.com said that the documents accessed show how the new property of RajKummar and Patralekhaa is on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of one of the buildings in Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme. According to the report, the offers gives the new owners 6 parking slots as well.

Meanwhile, it was only recently that actor Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone made a big purchase. The couple brought a luxury quadruplex apartment in Bandra’s Banstand area, close by to Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat. The couple reportedly shelled out Rs 119 crore for the property.
Talking about RajKummar and Patralekhaa, the couple tied the knot last year in an intimate wedding ceremony. The wedding nuptials was a close-knit affair attended by friends and family.
On the work front, Rao was last seen in the movie Hit: The First Case. He has the movie Mr & Mrs Mahi with Janhvi Kapoor in his kitty. Janhvi’s film Good Luck Jerry released on an OTT platform on Friday, July 29. The actress has Bawaal with Varun Dhawan, Dostana 2 and a few other projects in her kitty.
