Rajkummar Rao, Patralekhaa wedding: Couple dances to Shah Rukh Khan songs

On Monday, lovebirds Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa finally got hitched in an intimate ceremony. The couple officially confirmed the news by sharing a couple of stunning wedding pictures via social media.

Now, photos and videos from their reception ceremony have finally made their way online and in one of them, the newly married couple is seen dancing to Shah Rukh Khan’s songs.

Rao is one of the biggest fans of Shah Rukh Khan and this he has said on several occasions. Once he also revealed that he became an actor because of SRK and on his big day, he made sure to groove to his favorite actor’s Bollywood songs.

In one of the videos, the ‘Made In China’ actor is seen dancing with his wife, to SRK’s songs that were being played live by the band. He is seen grooving to the song ‘Dil Se’, in front of a stage where the band was playing. According to the Times of India: “Since Rajkummar is such a big SRK fan, it was a given that songs from SRK’s films would play at the wedding. Rajkummar had requested the band to play his favourite songs from Shah Rukh Khan’s films.”

Reportedly, Aditi Rao Hydari, Huma Qureshi, and many other celebrities were also a part of the duo’s wedding celebrations.

Sharing the first photo, Rajkummar penned a heartwarming note for his ladylove and wrote: “Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa. Here’s to forever .. and beyond ❤️”
