Powerhouse performer Rajkummar Rao not just plays his characters brilliantly, in fact, he actually lives his characters. And that’s the reason why the actor always excels in playing his roles so convincingly.
In a recent interview with Scroll, the actor was asked about who does he sees as a competition in the film industry, to which he replied, “I don’t believe in competition. We are a huge industry making so many films that there is enough out there for everyone. People do compare and that’s fine, but I don’t bother about that because I believe each person is unique. What I can do someone else can’t do, and what they can do I can’t do.”

Last year the actor ventured into the web world, with historical period drama series ‘Bose: Dead/Alive’. The series received rave reviews and Rajkummar was praised for his portrayal of Subhash Chandra Bose. When asked about the sequel of the web series, Rajkummar revealed, “Yes, we have talked about it, but it’s won’t happen any time soon because to prepare for it, I will have to shave my head and gain all that weight again, and that’s a long process. Currently, I am developing a potbelly for the part of a Gujarati businessman in Made in China.”
So guys now you know, that Rajkummar’s character in ‘Made in China’ will be sporting a pot belly. Rao will be playing a Gujarati businessman while television sensation Mouni Roy will be playing his wife in the film.
Helmed by Mikhil Musale and produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, ‘Made In China’ will be out in Summer 2019.
