RajKummar Rao, Varun Dhawan and Ayushmann to come together for a horror film? Former teases fans

Recently, at Varun Dhawan starrer Bhediya’s event, the actor had spoken about filmmaker Dinesh Vijan’s wish to create a horror-universe. And if you remember, last month, Rajkummar Rao had shared a picture from a Diwali party that featured himself with Varun, Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhediya director Amar Kaushik on Instagram. Ayushmann had commented saying, “Hain tayaar hum!”

Now, in a recent interview, RajKummar Rao, who starred in Stree and Roohi, opened up about the possibility of a horror-universe being created. Speaking with Pinkvilla, RajKummar Rao said, “I think they will have to take that decision. Hopefully, Stree 2 will happen soon, and yes definitely there is a possibility of getting this horror universe made. It will be exciting.”

Adding to that, Monica, O My Darling director Vasan Balan mentioned that Ayushmann’s Bala directed by Amar Kaushik and directed by Dinesh Vajan is not a horror film. Reacting to this, RajKummar said, “Bala toh nahin aa payega horror mein. But haan kuch aur kar lenge uske saath, Ayushmann ke saath tab tak kuch aur ho jayega, I am sure. But yea, it’s exciting. I would love to be a part of it.”

RajKummar Rao, Varun Dhawan and Ayushmann together in a film will be a treat to watch for sure. They are talented actors and have given several hits in their career.

On the other hand, RajKummar also confirmed Stree 2. The actor revealed that he will begin shooting for the film soon. For the uninitiated, a few days ago, Shraddha Kapoor took to Instagram and shared a BTS video of the song Thumkeshwari from Bhediya. In the video, Shraddha said that she will begin shooting for the sequel soon. The actress said in the video, “Stree is back. Super vibe, it’s so nice to be back on set. It’s so exciting for me because we are going to start Stree 2 very very soon.”

Talking about Varun starrer Bhediya, it also stars Kriti Sanon and Deepak Dobriyal. The film is slated to release on 25^th November, 2022. On the other hand, RajKummar starrer Monica, O My Darling will be released on 11^th November, 2022.
