Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan had collaborated with Sanjay Gupta for an upcoming film ‘Kaabil’. The movie has been embroiled in controversy since it’s declaration. The reason being model turned actor Sudhanshu Pandey. He had reportedly sent a legal notice to the makers for copyright infringement. He has filed a complaint against the makers of fraud and theft.
Confirming the news, Pandeys lawyer said, “Yes, we’ve filed a complaint at the Amboli police station and will be filing a civil complaint next week. The police are currently recording statements and investigation is underway.”
Yesterday, Sudhanshu and writer Siraj Ahmed who had assisted him on the script have recorded their statements. Today, the duo makers of Kaabil have been summoned to report at the police station to record their statements.
Sudhanshu added, “The makers of Kaabil have been summoned to report at the police station to record their statements. Even Vijay Kumar Mishra has to be present at the police station. This is the fictitious character the makers created to be the fall guy after my allegations of theft. A public notice published in four trade magazines on December 4 announced that the script of Farmayish belongs to this writer named Vijay Kumar Mishra and that my production house, Raw Stock Films, has falsely claimed ownership.“
Sanjay Gupta on his part completely denies Kaabil being Sudhanshu Pandey’s Farmaayish.
