Rakul Preet Singh allegedly told NCB what ‘doob’ meant in her WhatsApp chats with Rhea Chakraborty

Rakul Preet Singh was interrogated by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai in relation to the drug probe in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. During the interrogation, Rakul has reportedly also spoken about the word ‘doob’ that had appeared in her Whatsapp conversations with Rhea Chakraborty.

According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, Rakul had allegedly said that ‘doob’ only referred to rolled tobacco and no other narcotics substance. An NCB official close to the investigation told the portal, “In the course of our investigation in the Rhea Chakraborty matter, we came across a WhatsApp conversation between her and Rakul Preet Singh in which Rhea asked Rakul Preet whether she had doob and Rakul Preet replied saying it was at her house.” However, the officer further added that during the questioning Rhea had allegedly said that ‘doob’ referred to marijuana.

Rhea Chakraborty is currently in judicial custody in relation to the drug probe, the actress along with her brother sought bail from the Bombay High Court recently. The Bombay High Court has adjourned the hearing for Rhea’s bail till September 29.

Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone has arrived at the NCB office today for her interrogation and later Shraddha Kapoor was also seen making her way to the NCB office. Sara Ali Khan has also been summoned today in relation to the drug probe.
