Rakul Preet Singh to play female lead in Sidharth Malhotra-starrer ‘Aiyaary’

Rakul Preet Singh made a very forgetful debut with the Divya Khosla Kumar’s ‘Yaariyan’, but the actress has been ruling the Telugu industry with successful films. However, now she is back in Bollywood and will be seen as a female lead in Neeraj Pandey’s ‘Aiyaary’. Reportedly, she will be seen opposite Sidharth Malhotra in the movie.

Recently, the actress confirmed the news and stated, “Yes, it’s official now. I am doing the film. Rakul, who has done films down South doesn’t mind doing a movie in any language, she only wants to have well-defined roles. The actress said, “Good well-defined roles in cinema of any language, be it Telugu, Tamil or Hindi. I don’t think language is a barrier any longer. Look at what ‘Baahubali’ has achieved.”

Talking about ‘Aiyaary’, the movie also stars Manoj Bajpayee and is slated to release on Republic Day weekend next year.
