Rana Daggubati spills the beans on how his ex-girlfriends reacted to his Roka with Miheeka Bajaj

Handsome hunk Rana Daggubati broke several hearts when he made his relationship with Miheeka Bajaj official. The actor and his family are in a celebratory mode as he has finally found the love of his life. Recently, Rana and Miheeka’s families even had a small ritual wherein they discussed the couple’s pre and post-wedding ceremonies.

Rana, in a recent live session on Instagram, opened about how his ex-girlfriends reacted to the news of his Roka ceremony with Miheeka.

In an Instagram live session with Telugu actress Lakshmi Manchu, Rana revealing about his ex-girlfriends’ reaction on his Roka, said, “As I said, everyone was shocked at first and then expressed their joy. It was something they wanted to hear for a long time and everyone was like ‘finally’.”

Further revealing how he has known Miheeka for a long time and when they decided to take the plunge, the ‘Baahubali’ actor shared, “She was Ashritha’s (Rana’s uncle Venkatesh Daggubati’s older daughter) classmate and I knew her for a long time. However, the decision to get married happened pre-lockdown. It’s the first time I thought I will get married. That means she did something to me, right? I went with the flow.”

When the couple shared pictures of the family ritual, everyone assumed that it was an engagement ceremony. However, Rana’s father Suresh Babu speaking to The New Indian Express clarified, “It’s not engagement. Our families sat together on Wednesday to discuss what all has to be done for the pre and post-wedding functions. It’s a ritual among the Telugus to meet the bride’s parents before fixing the engagement and wedding dates. We are happy to take these alliance talks forward.”

Reportedly the couple will tie the knot by the end of this year.
