Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are officially MARRIED, pheras done

Bollywood power couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot today, April 14 after dating for five years. Finally, Ranbir and Alia are officially husband and wife. India Today reported that Karan Johar tied one of the knots for the pheras. The pics are yet to be out but it is said that both looked stunning as bride and groom. We are now eagerly waiting for the dreamy wedding pics to surface on social media. The pre-wedding festivities like mehendi and other ceremonies took place on Wednesday, April 13 at RK’s residence Vastu in Mumbai’s Pali Hills. Ranbir and Alia’s wedding rituals reportedly started at 11 am. There was haldi ceremony in the morning attended by Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Shaheen Bhatt, Soni Razdan and others.

The couple will reportedly pose for the paparazzi as newlyweds at 7 PM today after performing the wedding rituals. Also, it is said that Ranbir will make his social media debut with his wedding post.

Alia and Ranbir’s love story is no less than a fairy tale. Time and again, the Gangubai actress confessed that she has had a crush on Ranbir for many years. Finally, her dream came true today as she got married to her crush. What can be more romantic than this, isn’t it? From going for vacations together to attending family functions, Ranbir and Alia were made appearances together many times.

It was in 2020, the Brahmastra actor surprised fans by confirming his relationship with Alia when he addressed her as “my girlfriend.” He told film critic Rajeev Masand he would have married Alia if the pandemic hadn’t hit.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Jeh, Taimur attended the wedding. Also, Ayan Mukerji, Akash Ambani, Shloka, Armaan Jain, Adar Jain, among others were in attendence.

The bride and groom sent food packets to the media gathered outside the wedding venue.
