Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt to offer langar in a Gurudwara just like Rishi Kapoor & Neetu Kapoor did?

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are soon to tie the knot in April second week and the fans are on the edge to see the duo finally as husband and wife. It was earlier reported that Alia and Ranbir will be getting married at Kapoor’s ancestral home as his parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh also tied the knot in the same place. If the latest buzz is anything to go by then, Ranbir will be following one more ritual from his parents’ wedding.

As per a latest report, Alia and Ranbir will be offering langar in a Gurudwara in Mumbai. It is said to be located between Juhu and Bandra in Mumbai. When Neetu and Rishi had tied the knot, they too had offered langar in their names at a Gurudwara.

As per a report by India Today, a source close to the couple said, “Ranbir and Alia will have a traditional Punjabi wedding. As a part of the rituals of the Punjabi wedding, there is one ritual where the couple will offer langar to Gurudwara, located between Juhu and Bandra in Mumbai. When Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh got married, a similar langar was offered in their names at a Gurudwara. Ranbir and Alia won’t be physically present at the Gurudwara. However, the servings and prayers will be offered on behalf of the married couple.”

Talking about Alia and Ranbir’s wedding it is said to take place on April 13 and 15. Reports have said that the couple has asked the wedding team to sign an NDA. India Today said, “Everybody who is working on Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding, including their personal make-up artists and stylists, has been asked to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Their wedding team, which is apparently Shaadi Squad, has also been asked to sign the agreement. The contract is water tight and doesn’t permit anyone to speak about the couple’s wedding or leak any photos.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen next in Brahmastra with Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy. The movie will release on September 9 this year.
