Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt to have twins? Shamshera actor addresses rumours

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt announced their pregnancy a few weeks back. many friends, family and fans showered love and good wishes on the adorable couple too. In the meantime, Ranbir has been gearing up with the release of his movie Shamshera. He has been promoting the upcoming movie in full swing. During the promotions, Kapoor had himself sparked rumours of him having a twin when he was asked to share two truths and a lie.

The Shamshera actor was asked about the rumour of Alia and him having twins. Ranbir Kapoor addressed the rumours about Alia Bhatt and him having twins during the promotions of his upcoming movie in Delhi. Reacting to the same, during the promotions on Monday, Ranbir requested to not create ‘controversy’.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Kapoor said, “Don’t create controversy. They asked me to state three things: two truths and a lie. Now I can’t reveal what is the truth, and what is the lie.”

On Instagram, Alia Bhatt had shared a photo of her and Ranbir from her ultrasound appointment and wrote, “Our baby ….. coming soon.” The actress made the heartwarming post and announced the good news to everyone.

Meanwhile, Alia and Ranbir tied the knot in April 2022. The couple announced their pregnancy, just months after their wedding. They had an intimate wedding ceremony at their home in Mumbai. It was attended by close friends and members of the family.

Talking about Shamshera, the movie is directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Yash Raj Films. The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Vaani Kapoor, and Sanjay Dutt in key roles. It is scheduled for a release on July 22.
