Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Animal shoot begins in Manali

Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna were recently spotted at the airport where they were heading to Manali. It was reported that Rashmika and Ranbir Kapoor have headed to the place to shoot their upcoming movie, Animal which is helmed by Sandeep Vanga Reddy. Well, they indeed have started shooting Animal in Manali. We have recently come across a picture of a clapboard which has Animal written on it, indicating the star cast of the film has kickstarted the shoot.

On the other hand, Parineeti Chopra was supposed to star in Animal; however, due to date issues, Rashmika Mandanna will be replacing Parineeti Chopra as the leading lady in the movie. A trade source revealed, “Parineeti is going to work with Imtiaz Ali for the first time in her career as the Heroine in the ace director’s next, Chamkila. It is a huge moment for her because she has always wanted to creatively collaborate with the visionary director.”

Whereas Parineeti Chopra is set to work in Imtiaz Ali’s much-awaited next titled Chamkila which is why she opted out of Animal. After Parineeti’s exit, fans are excited to see Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika together in Animal movie. The film also stars  Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in key roles. Animal release date is said to be on 11th August 2023.

Sandeep who has previously helmed Arjun Reddy had delivered his first blockbuster film in Bollywood with its remake titled, Kabir Singh which starred Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani. This is the first time where Sandeep would be working with Ranbir. The action entertainer is touted to be a Pan-India film.
