Ranbir Kapoor – Ayan Mukherjee to co-invest in a property in Mumbai?

Bollywood’s heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor and filmmaker Ayan Mukherjee had bonded well ever since they came together for ‘Wake Up Sid’. Later they went on to become best of friends. Their bond is so strong that when Ranbir goes vacationing with girlfriend Katrina Kaif to New York, Ayan seems to tag along with his good friend. Ranbir discusses everything with him, be it movies, personal life etc. Now it is learned that the duo are looking to jointly invest in a property at Bandra.

As per sources, Ranbir was on a lookout to invest in a house in Mumbai so was his buddy Ayan, who was looking out for a spacious pad. When Ayan discussed this with Ranbir, he suggested why not investing in it together. They have short listed a few properties in Bandra, however no deal has been finalized.

Sources further added, “They are not in a hurry and will only go in for an investment if they like the property. This could also be their party pad.”

Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukherjee are once again coming together for a new movie that is based on a super hero.
