Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol collaborated for the first time last year in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. The film emerged to be one of the biggest blockbusters of the year. Animal created a storm at the box office with both Ranbir and Bobby getting immense love for their performances. One of the most iconic part of the film was the shirtless climax fight between the two. And now in a recent interview, Ranbir revealed his hilarious reaction to seeing Bobby shirtless.

Ranbir Kapoor cried on seeing Bobby Deol shirtless

After creating havoc in theatres, Animal had its OTT release this Republic Day on Netflix. The film is already trending on the platform and recently, Ranbir, Bobby and Anil Kapoor got in an interview for the same. During the interview, Ranbir revealed how he reacted to seeing Bobby’s physique for the first time during Animal shoot.

He quipped, “Trainers were taking my photos in the gym because I was the first one to remove my shirt in the film. So, when I removed my shirt the whole unit started clapping that ‘hero ne shirt nikali (Hero has removed his shirt).’ Two days later, when Bobby’s shirt was removed, me and my trainer began crying.”

Well, Ranbir and Bobby sure did give an amazing fight to each other on screen. Even with a limited screen time, Bobby was able to leave a lasting impact. His character became a phenomenon post the film’s release, bringing him widespread acclaim. Even Ranbir gave a performance no one expected out of him, surprising everybody. The film also featured Rashmika Mandanna and Tritpii Dimri.
