Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone’s steamy kiss chopped by Censor

Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming romantic drama Tamasha stars former lovers Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor. The movie has generated a high expectations among their fans. Recently the trailer of the film had depicted an intensely passionate kiss shared by the two actors. Now it has been revealed that the steamy liplock has been deleted by the censor board.

Sources said, Imtiaz Ali’s movie has been certified with a U/A Certificate. Five scenes have been cut from the film, one of them being the lingering kiss between Ranbir and Deepika. The Censor Board found the kiss to be the lengthiest kiss and more passionate than the one shared by Aamir Khan and Karisma Kapoor in Raja Hindustani.

Imtiaz Ali directorial Tamasha is all set to hit the screens on November 27.
