Ranbir Kapoor gets teary-eyed as Mahesh Bhatt calls him ‘world’s best father’

Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna recently appeared on the reality show Indian Idol season 14. Apart from having fun with the participants, Ranbir Kapoor also got emotional as he received a sweet message from father-in-law Mahesh Bhatt. The filmmaker called Ranbir the best dad in the world and shared how he gets happy after seeing baby girl Raha.

The Animal actor was surprised with a video from his father-in-law Mahesh Bhatt who was seen praising him for being the best father. In the special video, Mahesh said, “Alia, who I believe is a miracle, says Ranbir is one of the best actors in our country. But I believe Ranbir is the world’s best father. When he sees Raha (Ranbir and Alia’s daughter), I wish you could see his eyes at that time. His mother, Neetu Kapoor, says, ‘Aisa pyaar toh maa karti hai apni bachiyo se jo Ranbir karta hai Raha se.’ I’m proud I have a son-in-law like Ranbir”. It was an emotional moment for Ranbir as he got overwhelmed with the message.

Ranbir Kapoor REVEALS two songs he sings to his daughter Raha

Apart from this, the actor revealed the lullaby playlist for baby Raha. A contestant asked the actor about the songs he sings to Raha. Ranbir said, “Do gaane hai, Ek to English song hai thoda irritating sa, Baby Shark Do Do Do Do. Aur dusra hai ‘Lalla Lalla Lori (There are two songs. One is an English song which is a bit irritating)’.

Ranbir got married to Alia Bhatt on 14^th April 2022. The couple was blessed with a baby girl Raha on 6^th November 2022. Talking about his latest release Animal, it is set to release on 1^st December. The ‘A’ rated movie revolves around a strained father-son relationship. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Tripti Dimri in pivotal roles.
