Ranbir Kapoor ‘had the best excuse’ after welcoming baby girl but did not skip gym day, says trainer

Ranbir Kapoor is a fitness freak. Recently, Ranbir Kapoor’s trainer Drew Neal shared a picture with him on Instagram and praised him for not skipping the gym even though he ‘had the best excuse’. As we know, last week, Ranbir welcomed his first child, a baby girl, with wife Alia Bhatt.

In the picture shared by his coach, Ranbir can be seen wearing a blue T-shirt, black shorts and shoes. The actor had his arm around Drew and smiled for the photo.

The picture was captioned as, “This guy probably had the best excuse not to hit the gym this week after the birth of his baby daughter. However, he didn’t skip a beat and smashed every single session. Congratulations once again @aliaabhatt @ranbir_kapoooor.”

Reacting to the post, a fan commented, “The best guy ever… RK.” Another one commented, “Work harder without any excuses.” “He looked in good shape in Brahmastra, now we know how (fire emoji),” wrote a fan.

Alia gave birth to a baby girl on November 6. The actress announced the arrival of her daughter with a heartwarming post. Alia shared a note on Instagram that read, “And in the best news of our lives: Our baby is here… and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love – Blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!! Love love love Alia and Ranbir.”

On the work front, Alia and Ranbir were seen together in Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva. The Ayan Mukerji directorial also starred Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. Brahmastra released in September and did well at the box office. Ranbir will be next seen in Animal.

Talking about Alia, she has Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh. Alia recently shared a post announcing Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’s release date. The actress wrote, “#RockyAurRaniKiPremKahani releasing in cinemas near you on 28^th April, 2023!” She is also set to make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone, co-starring Gal Gadot. Apart from this, she also has Jee Le Zaraa.
