Ranbir Kapoor: I am more close to Saif Ali Khan than Bebo!

‘Rockstar’ Ranbir Kapoor is currently gearing up for his much-awaited film of the year ‘Sanju‘. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film is based on the extraordinary life of his close friend Sanjay Dutt. And, as the movie is inching towards its release date, the lead actor Ranbir is busy promoting the same at various events and shows. Recently, the Kapoor lad visited the ‘Ishq FM’ radio station to spread a word about his movie.

While promoting the film, Kapoor also spoke about his nephew Taimur Ali Khan, sister Kareena Kapoor Khan, and her hubby Saif. When the anchor Sidharth Kannan asked the actor about little munchkin Taimur, he confessed that he loves stalking his pictures and is also quite insecure of him. Speaking more about the cutie, Ranbir mentioned that the kind of attention Taimur is getting is a bit unhealthy since he is just a 17-months-old kid. Diverting the topic towards Taimur’s mommy Kareena Kapoor Khan, the host of the show asked RK if they gossip together. To which the actor replied, “Zyadatar Kareena aur main baat nahi karte (Kareena and I hardly talk). We meet very rarely. I am very close to Saif, my brother-in-law. Our sensibilities are very similar- Saif and mine. I really enjoy meeting him, talking to him.”

Well, that’s quite an interesting revelation as one may have expected, Ranbir to be more close with Kareena. Nevertheless, on the work front, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in ‘Sanju’ which releases on June 29, post that, the actor has ‘Shamshera’ and Luv Ranjan’s untitled film lined up. On the other hand, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be reportedly seen in Karan Johar’s film also starring Akshay Kumar.
