Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena, Alia Bhatt pay a heart-warming musical tribute to Rishi Kapoor ahead of Sharmaji Namkeen release

Late Actor Rishi Kapoor is soon going to be seen in his last movie, Sharmaji Namkeen which is set to release tomorrow. The film has already garnered a lot of attention. Ahead of its release, Rishi Kapoor’s son Ranbir Kapoor along with his family and friends have now paid a musical tribute that is simply heart-warming. Just recently, Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her Instagram stories and dropped a video of Rishi Ji from Om Shaanti Om song from Karz. However, there’s a twist in the tribute video as we get to see quite a few stars making appearances in the song.

Interestingly, Rishi Kapoor’s Om Shaanti Om song was edited where we get to see Ranbir Kapoor, his ladylove Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Aadar Jain, Farhan Akhtar, Vicky Kaushal, Aamir Khan, Ananya Panday, Tara Sutaria, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Arjun Kapoor were seen dancing wearing his iconic silver jacket as they groove to the tunes of Om Shaanti Om song. As the film industry gets together to give the legendary Rishi Kapoor a fitting tribute for his last film Sharmaji Namkeen ahead of its release. The tribute video was directed and choreographed by Ganesh Hegde.

Even fans were impressed with the song as one said, “This made my day.” While another one said, “Yet among all these actors in the video RISHIJI is most good looking and most handsome…followed by his son Ranbir.”

Sharmaji Namkeen is played by Rishi Kapoor as well as Paresh Rawal. It also stars Juhi Chawla in the key roles. The film is set to release on March 31 on Amazon Prime Video.
