Ranbir Kapoor opens up about his romantic proposal to Alia Bhatt

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are one of the most loved couples in Bollywood. Alia and Ranbir tied the knot in April this year. In June, Alia announced her pregnancy by sharing a picture of herself and Ranbir from the hospital. She had captioned it, “Our Baby… Coming soon.” Recently, when Alia appeared on Koffee with Karan 7 with Ranveer Singh, she spilled the beans on how Ranbir planned his proposal.

Alia had revealed, “It’s such a personal and special moment to me that I just want to keep it to myself. But yeah, I have to say in terms of Ranbir and his planning, he is like… he totally blew my mind away.”

The actress also revealed that she wasn’t expecting the proposal and that they weren’t even talking about it. She added that Ranbir didn’t tell anyone. Now, Ranbir, who is busy promoting his film Shamshera, was asked how difficult or challenging it was to hide his plan from Alia. Pinkvilla quoted him saying, “It wasn’t difficult, just don’t tell anybody. I think it was a beautiful moment and just happened very naturally and organically.”

Talking about Shamshera, it also stars Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The actor also has Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. He will be starring opposite his wife Alia Bhatt. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. He also has Luv Ranjan’s next.

On the other hand, Alia also has Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The film also stars Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. The actress is also all set to make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone alongside Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo and Matthias Shweighofer.
