Animal Trailer: Ranbir Kapoor owns it with his power-packed performance, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor ace in every frame

After a lot of anticipation, the makers have finally dropped the trailer for Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor. And it looks freaking amazing. From Ranbir’s intense look to his refreshing chemistry with Rashmika Madanna, everything about the trailer is quite engaging. But the one thing that completely left us amazed was the appearance of Bobby Deol. He plays the antagonist in the movie and honestly, he will send chills down your spine with his 30-second performance. Without further ado, watch the Animal trailer.

The trailer starts off with Ranbir and Anil Kapoor and oh boy, it starts with a bang. The trailer promises that this is going to be epic. It gives us glimpses of the dysfunctional relationship between the father and son which is toxic and disturbing. Ranbir treats his father as a god and obeys him word by word. However, when he gets to know someone shot him, he loses his control and decides to kill him by hook or crook. Though he had an abusive childhood, he still worships his father.

On the other hand, we are not treated much about the chemistry between Rashmika and Ranbir but their bond is worth talking about. Mostly a hate relationship has been showcased and this has intrigued us to some extent. Rashmika Mandanna also makes an impact and leaves us wanting for more. Ranbir any day steals the show with her powerful performance. From his killer looks to his beast mode, Ranbir impresses us with his solid performance. Anil Kapoor also amazes us with his intense performance.

There’s a different arc to Anil’s character that has not been explored much in the trailer. Whereas Bobby Deol also looks magnificent as the villain. He might have like 30-second appearance and he aces it. The face-off seems to be an epic one and that will also be a high point in the movie.

Ranbir Kapoor talks about the layered character in Animal

Kapoor said, “Yes, my character in Animal does possess some of the traits typically associated with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s protagonists. He is indeed tough and uncompromising in certain aspects. However, what sets him apart is the layers of complexity and depth that have been woven into his character. While he may exhibit strength and determination, there are also moments of vulnerability. And internal conflict that make him more relatable and human. This adds a unique dimension to the character and allows for a more nuanced portrayal.”

Meanwhile, the director Sandeep Reddy Vanga announced the duration of Animal which will be 3 hours 21 minutes 23 seconds. The movie got an A certificate. Animal movie is scheduled to release on December 1, clashing with Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur.
