The first song from Brahmastra titled Kesariya released on Sunday (July 17). The romantic track features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The song is crooned by Arijit Singh, music is composed by Pritam and lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. While fans are smitten by Alia and Ranbir’s chemistry in the song, two English words “Love Storiyan” in it prompted meme-fest. Music lovers feel that the entire track is flawless except these two words. Social media has been flooded with some of the hilarious memes on it. Now, during a press conference, Ranbir Kapoor was asked about Kesariya memes. Read on to know what he had said.
It was during a promotional event of his upcoming film Shamshera, Ranbir was asked about Kesariya memes by India.com. To which he sportingly replied, “For Love Storiya? No, it’s great!” He added, “See listen, we as filmmakers and artists create something and it is up to the audience to receive it how they do…We’re very excited about the song and it’s got a lot of love. Today, memes and trolling is all part of life and it’s fine as long as people enjoy the song, Pritam’s music and Arijit Singh’s singing. I want them to enjoy my chemistry with Alia and that’s what the endeavour is.”

Brahmastra Part 1: Shiva will hit the theatres on September 9, 2022 in 3D and IMAX 3D. It is directed by Ayan Mukerji and also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles.
