Ranbir Kapoor reveals his back hurts when grooving to Badtameez Dil song, says ‘Main abhi 41 years ka hoon, mere se nahi hota’

The Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal is one of the most anticipated movies that is nearing its release date. The Animal trailer was recently released and it has amped up the excitement among the netizens to a whole new level. As the movie is inching closer to its release date, the audio launch of Animal took place recently where Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol added charm with their dancing and singing skills. Ranbir also grooved to his oh-so-famous song Badtameez Dil and humorously revealed that the dance moves puts strain to his back.

Ranbir Kapoor asks event managers not to play Badtameez Dil

The Animal actor was present at the music launch event along with co-star Bobby Deol. During the event, Badtameez Dil from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani was played to which Ranbir Kapoor showcased the famous steps along with Bobby Deol. After which, he addressed the audience and said with a touch of humor that, “Yaar main aap logon ko ek baat bata doon. Yeh gana 2013 mein release hua tha aur main jahan bhi jaata hoon, yeh gaana mere peeche aata hai. Main abhi 41 years ka hoon, mere se nahi hota hai yeh sab. Meri peeth toot jaati hai, so please. Mai sab event managers se aaj ye baat keh raha hu ki please ye gaane pe mujhe mat nachwana, koi slow gaana play karna.”

As the movie is inching closer to its release date, Ranbir Kapoor had recently described it at the trailer launch event. He had said, “Animal is basically the adult-rated Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. If I had to describe this story in a line, then it’s about a man who goes to any length to protect his family. That’s what the core of the film is.” Not only this, but Ranbir also mentioned that it is the most complex character he has ever played in the movie.

About Animal

The trailer of Animal gives a glimpse into the troubled and disturbing relationship between father and son. Ranbir treats his father as a god and obeys him word by word. However, when he gets to know someone shot him, he loses his control and decides to kill him by hook or crook. Though he had an abusive childhood, he still worships his father. With this, Anil Kapoor essays the role of the father whereas Ranbir Kapoor essays the role of the son. On the other hand, Animal also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol in the lead. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal is all set to hit the release date of 1st December, 2023.
