Shamshera: Ranbir, Sanjay, Vaani drop a fascinating teaser as they ANNOUNCE release date

After waiting for a long time, the makers of Shamshera have finally dropped a new update about the film and we are pretty pumped up. Just recently, Yash Raj released a new teaser video featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor where they are seen giving a glimpse of what to expect from the film. In the black and white teaser, all three of them are seen sitting in a room full of ammunition while talking about freedom and the rise of Shamsher. They are also seen mentioning ‘Karam se dacait aur dharm se azaad’ that all give us all the feels of what’s coming next.

At the end of the video, Ranbir, Sanjay, Vaani then say ‘Shamshera’ which left us amazed. Apart from this little glimpse, the Shamshera release date has also been announced. The film was initially set to release in March, but owing to the Omicron scare, Shamshera will now be releasing in July and now you can meet the trio on July 22 in the theatres. Sharing the teaser, YRF tweeted, “A legend will rise on 22nd July. Celebrate #Shamshera with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.”

Sharing the poster of the film, Vaani captioned, “The adventure is about to begin. Excited to be a part of this journey! Celebrate #Shamshera with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 22nd July. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.” Meanwhile, Shamshera is directed by Karan Malhotra who has previously helmed Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt starrer Agneepath, Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra starrer Brother.
