Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal POSTPONED to avoid clash with Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2, Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2- Report

According to the latest report, Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal will not release on 11th August. Animal is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal is one of the most-anticipated films of this year. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial was earlier slated to release on 11^th August. However, according to the latest report, the makers of Ranbir starrer Animal have postponed the release date of the film. Reportedly, Animal will not be clashing with Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 and Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2 at the box office. A new release date is yet to be announced.

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal postponed

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the new update about Animal on Saturday. He took to his Instagram and wrote, “#Xclusiv… Animal not arriving on Independence Day weekend… #Animal – starring #RanbirKapoor and directed by #SandeepReddyVanga – *won’t* release on 11 Aug 2023… Yes, the film has been postponed… A new release date will be announced in the coming days. #BhushanKumar.”

Ranbir’s fans are beyond excited for Animal. Last month, the makers of Animal had shared the pre-teaser. It received a good response from netizens. Apart from that, the makers had earlier revealed the first look poster of the film.

The actor will be seen sharing screen space with Rashmika Mandanna in the same.

Last month, Rashmika wrapped up shooting for Animal and penned a note on Instagram praising co-star Ranbir. A part of her note read, “Rkaaaayyyy, I think initially because he is #ranbirkapoor. I was super nervous but my God!! Our little secret… God has really taken his time to make him perfect ya… Brilliant actor. Amaaazing human – Everything else – Crazy no? Love it… but what a beautiful human he is ya… I only wish the best for him for life and woaaaaahhhhh, wait haveeeeeeee to say this RK in Animal is the bomb. And i don’t think people are ready for him yet but the release is coming sooooooooonn… I am super duper excited for the team.”
