Ranbir Kapoor to act in the Indian version of ‘Deadpool’?

Ranbir Kapoor definitely has a busy schedule ahead. With a number of films lined up featuring him, the handsome hunk surely seems to be on a roll. Currently, he is completing the shoot of Anurag Basu’s ‘Jagga Jasoos,’ a film which is in the making since ages. Then he has to work on Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.’ Sanjay Dutt’s biopic is next. But, despite all of this, Ranbir is enthusiastic enough to work on his best friend Ayan Mukerji’s ambitious project wherein the Kapoor lad will essay the role of a superhero.

Talking about this film, Ranbir recently revealed that Ayan is planning for a three-part series of this film stretched over a period of 10 years. Apart from this, a little birdie tells us that Ranbir’s character in the film would be inspired by Ryan Reynold’s character. According to the recent reports, Ayan apparently asked for a special screening of ‘Deadpool.’ He wanted to see the unedited version of ‘Deadpool’ in order to draw references for his superhero film starring Ranbir. A source was quoted saying, ‘Ayan had put in a request a week ago for a private screening of the uncut version. He has been scripting his own superhero film and was keen to watch Deadpool.’

Ranbir’s superhero character would possibly be similar to Ryan’s character of being an anti-hero in ‘Deadpool.’ He would be this one fiery dragon who shoots fire flames from his palms, an inspiration from ‘Deadpool.’
