Ranbir Kapoor treats himself to a cheat meal after wrapping ‘Brahmastra’s Bulgaria schedule

Bollywood actors may be very conscious about their diet and workout schedules, but at times, there’s nothing that can stop the foodie in them from hogging the food. Ranbir Kapoor is a foodie and when he eats, he loves his plate filled with food, sorry, a lot of food.

Ranbir, who in Bulgaria, has wrapped one schedule of his upcoming superhero fantasy film, ‘Brahmastra’. Post the schedule wrap, Ranbir treated himself to some delicious food.

The handsome actor’s fan club shared his picture of social media and the picture indeed proves that he is a big foodie. Check it out:

The wide smile on Ranbir’s face proves that nothing makes him happy like food on his plate. There may be other things too but food is definitely one of the things.

Ranbir’s trainer, Kunal Gir had revealed in an interview with NDTV that the actor has never followed any particular diet and in fact, loves food and enjoys eating a variety of cuisines. “He eats five meals in a day usually made up of organic eggs, meats, veggies and nuts. Nothing is out of a packet. Everything is freshly made every day. Oil is limited to macadamia nut oil. His diet includes a lot of fluids and water. Fruits are allowed only as a post-workout refreshment,” Kunal had said in the interview.

Ranbir isn’t very fond of gyms and loves outdoor sports. We have seen him on the football field a number of times as he loves the sport. “He eats small portions and stays very active. Football is his passion. He plays at least twice a week. He has a very good metabolism rate which has helped him maintain his lean figure,” Kunal had added.

Coming to his film ‘Brahmastra‘, it also stars Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, Dimple Kapadia and Mouni Roy. Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, ‘Brahmastra’ will release next year on Independence Day, August 15.
