Randeep Hooda, who has been busy fulfilling his work commitments was admitted to a Mumbai hospital on March 1. The actor was admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital for treatment, according to a report in ANI. Randeep Hooda underwent knee surgery at the Mumbai hospital. The actor had suffered an injury on the sets of his web series titled Inspector Avinash. During the shoot of Inspector Avinash, last month, Randeep got an injury while shooting a scene on the sets.
As per the report, the Radhe actor was not in much pain. However, the report mentioned that the actor was suggested to undergo surgery by the doctors.
Meanwhile, it was March 1 that Randeep wished his fans on the occasion of Maha Shivratri. The actor had shared a video featuring him, from one of his movies. He shared the video and wrote, “Happy #MahaShivratri#Shankar #LaalRang #reelsindia #reelitfeelit (sic).”

For the unversed, Hooda got the injuries while shooting for an action sequence with his Inspector Avinash co-star Amit Sial. However, as per reports, the actor did not quit the shoot mid-way. Instead, Randeep made sure he completed the shoot for the scene before receiving treatment for his wound.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Randeep has the web series titled Inspector Avinash in his kitty. The web series is directed by Neeraj Pathak of Bhaiji Superhit fame. Hooda also has a movie titled Unfair and Lovely with Ileana D’Cruz. Apart from that, the actor has a revenge drama series titled CAT that revolves around an innocent man who is caught in the middle of a rivalry of dangerous gangs. The revenge drama was announced only recently. Hooda will be seen reuniting with Netflix for CAT. The actor featured in the Salman Khan starrer Radhe, last.
